Saamaya SOFTPOS, a fintech company based in Douala, Cameroon, operates the Saamaya SOFTPOS platform to assist merchants and businesses in the CEMAC zone with inventory and value chain management. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our websites (www.saamayainventory.com or www.inventory.saamayafinance.com) and is an agreement between Saamaya Finance SARL ("us," "we," or "our") and you, the user ("you" or "your").
By registering as a member or using our websites, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to our privacy practices as described, including our use and disclosure of personally identifiable information for the purposes outlined below.
Personally Identifiable Information: We collect information that identifies you personally, such as your name, business or commercial name, contact name, phone number, main address, and email address, typically provided during registration or when using our services. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We collect technical information, such as page view counts, browser type, IP address, referring/exit pages, operating system, timestamps, and clickstream data, or aggregated demographic information, which does not identify you personally.
We do not offer services aimed at children. If we receive personally identifiable information from a person we know to be under 18, we take steps to remove such information from our databases. When necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, we make reasonable efforts to anonymize and depersonalize data from individuals under 18.

However, no internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We process data submitted by our clients or their clients, which may include information about clients, prospects, point-of-sale services, inventory management, and merchandise orders. We access this data to provide services, address technical issues, follow client instructions, or meet contractual requirements.
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We may use third-party advertisers or networks to serve ads, which may collect information about your visits, ad interactions, or product access. We do not endorse these third parties or their products, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.
